The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 基本上不过取材于历史真实事件的外壳，电影本身的情节全部都是虚构的，而且还夹带了当下庸俗但「政治正确」的私货，「三义士」是南非黑人解放运动成功后的「由果倒退」的虚名，却被本片编导煞有介事的炮制「神话」，可见电影作为纯粹的宣传工具时的不堪。
想探讨的尝试很好但看完又觉得 不说明白 什么都没探讨深入

另外三位南非“革命先驱”在片中形象真的一点都不高大全。男主卡尔文有哮喘，也不像是特别聪明的人。但当你看到他们为了那个在当时根本不可能达成的目标而拼上一切时，又深深的使人动容……
曼德拉是南非黑人的英雄，不是南非的英雄。
层层压迫，错的不是同性恋也不是女性，错的是这个世界（男权社会）。
演讲比剧好诶，没有那么尬，但是感情递进不够，看剧版我可是流了一海水的泪啊！看这个好像没有特别打动人的地方……也有可能是演技问题？但是影版画面是很漂亮的多给一颗星

自由的代价是什么？
只能说南非的电影工业尚在起步阶段，或者说也就这样了。没什么逻辑，也比较粗糙，混乱中坚持了50分钟，看不下去了。曼德拉作为南非比较有故事性的人物，能以此为素材拍出了这么难看的一部电影，那也真是烂泥扶不上墙了吧。看这里竟然超过7分，这是对南非革命者报以同情的打分吗？

总之，这部还挺现实的，，同性恋并不是单纯的幻想中的bl和百合这样，，
非洲是黑人的非洲，白人终成过客！宁摆烂，勿成奴！
南非也可以拍出这么有格调的电影，一切为了自由！
或许白左们今天来谈南非现状颇为讽刺，但是这部电影真正关注的并不是历史与政治本身，而是自由与平等的诠释！是的，自由可以用用一切来换取，包括生命。自由也绝非妥协与忍让得来，反抗与牺牲是自古以来换得自由与平等的第一步！
