The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 在凝炼的整体之下，以与人物目光拥有较多对视时刻的方式逐渐建构起独属于我们与主角的空间。对比文本溢出的前作明显话少的情境才能赢得观众更多的共情，不再是灌输的而是由衷的，这样的情感产生也是余味最悠长的。Tell极少坦露过内心，但在事件渐进下他的脸庞早已言说完关于过去的一切，Robert Levon Been的原声则包含了为过去愁闷的所有情绪。

亚洲人真心欣赏不来欧美纯爱电影，没有共鸣，一票这类题材的豆瓣评分都不高，不过我还是喜欢《爱乐之城》
