Whenever I see La Paura I think of it as a companion piece to Eyes Wide Shut, or maybe it is the other way around. Adultery makes both films tick but in different ways. I think Phillip French was right on the money when he pointed out a Wizard of Oz thing in Kubrick's last work. Like Dorothy, Tom and Nicole go through fantasies and nightmares and at the end Dorothy's reassuring childish motto "there's no place like home" is ironically updated to the adult circumstantial adage "there's no sex like marital sex". Kubrick's take is intellectual, he never leaves the world of ideas to touch the ground. He taunts the audience first with an erotic movie and then with a thriller and refuses to deliver either of them. He was married to his third wife for 40 years, until he died. Rossellini was still married to Ingrid Bergman when he directed La Paura; they had been adulterous lovers and their infidelity widely criticized La Paura is a tale, a noirish one. The noir intrigue is solved and the tale has a happy ending. The city is noir; the country is tale, the territory where childhood is possible. The transition is operated in the most regular way: by car, a long-held shot taken from the front of the car as it rides into the road, as if we were entering a different dimension. Irene (Bergman) starts the movie: we just see a dark city landscape but her voice-over narration tells us of her angst and informs us that the story is a flashback, hers. Bergman's been cheating on her husband. At first guilt is just psychological torture but soon expands into economic blackmail and then grows into something else. From beginning to end the movie focuses on what Bergman feels, every other character is there to make her feel something. Only when the director gives away the plot before the main character can find out does he want us to feel something Bergman still can't. When she finds out, we have already experienced the warped mechanics of the situation and we may focus once again on the emotional impact it has on Bergman's Irene. In La Paura treasons are not imagined but real, nightmares are deliberate and the couple's venom suppurates in bitter ways. Needless to say, Ingrid has another of her rough rides in the movies but Rossellini doesn't dare put her away as he did in Europa 51, nor does he abandon her to the inscrutable impassivity of nature (Stromboli). His gift is less transcendent and fragile than the conclusion of Viaggio in Italia. He just gives his wife as much of a fairy tale ending as a real woman can have, a human landscape where she can finally feel at home. Back to the country, a half lit interior scene where shadows suggest the comfort of sleep. After all, it's the "fairy godmother" who speaks the last words in the movie.

越往后越智障，女主全程一脸抽筋，男主白痴脸工具人儿，营造恐怖氛围全靠滋哇乱叫、满街乱跑，结局更糊弄，咋的靠三件不同颜色的同款裙子走三秒钟T台是明日之星了？
jump sacre，僵尸，血浆，恐怖片也没什么新意嘛。中间有点无聊，结尾反转也挺合理的。没觉得Anya特别惊艳，妆都不如她平时好看，Thomasin惊恐起来眼睛真的好大，这片是Diana Rigg的最后一部戏，还有好多熟脸，Sam Claflin的警察，Michael Jibson的警察，James & Oliver Phelps俩人竟然都演了，一个拿外套的waiter干嘛要俩？经人提点，发现答案是……一个演镜子里的，一个演镜子外的，笑到我了，所以请双胞胎还买一送一吗？
梗超密集！2D+3D+真人的画面也非常奇妙
色彩艳丽版《阴风阵阵》+真人版《未麻的部屋》、《红辣椒》+致敬《时光倒流七十年》=地缚灵的革命之《Soho区惊魂夜》。剪辑、画面、音乐均属上乘，然而在结尾处，一个反转刚刚好，第二个就多余了，第三个是个什么鬼？又来致敬《幻影凶间》？A恶灵退散、B政治正确，C女权崛起，正解选D......编导精分
好莱坞英雄经典剧情，迪士尼动画人物，凑在一起就是了，小时候还挺喜欢这俩货的
电影吐槽小成本盗版电影？但是自己拍的就像小成本盗版电影，不知道看了点啥，难看
剧情也没有太毛病，简单直接的本身，也对于剧情矛盾上有着自己一针见血的吐槽。丝毫不虚的版权轰炸，从制作历史到技术发展，从漫画到动画，从虚拟到真人，从新生到山寨，迪士尼在拥有着财大气粗的底气下，2个小时的一场美式狂欢也给着我们带来着爽感，丝毫不输头号玩家的彩蛋量，恨不得一秒一秒得来看一闪而过的各种信息炸弹。
悬疑的铺垫和复古的营造很抓人，对结尾特别失望，不仅没解释女主为何能通灵这一切，还为了反转成了受害人有罪，真是对前面的浪费。
算是灵异惊悚片，映射追求五光十色明星梦的女孩在大都市的真实现实，只是女主的神经质突出了些，感觉她疯是迟早的事，今天不疯，明天也会疯。最后那好笑的服装秀、还有女主那丑男朋友，zzzq也不至于到如此吧。。。可惜了年轻版和老年版桑迪，表现力都不错，如果结尾是老年桑迪把女主杀死，老房子又多一个怨灵，跟着镜头转换新的一天，又一个来伦敦寻找梦想的女孩敲开门，这个故事会显的有趣一些。
赖特是怎么了？已经不单是烂尾的问题了，baby driver至少前半部分挺有趣的，这次整个本子都不抓人，一惊一乍的，没劲。就视觉风格和选歌品味看得出以前的灵气。安娜时时惊艳，托马辛时而惊艳，欠点火候。
不够悬疑，也不够恐怖。当女主剪了新发型之后，这剧情就开始急转直下。
悬疑片整个这结尾也太💩了吧，就不能改成所有人都死了吗？男性凝视有点太直接了，都爬上来了；老头警察、女警察的角色没利用好；Sandie的动机就很迷；霓虹/铅黄很爽就是了，恐怖气氛差了点，音乐多了点，校园霸凌梗太俗；安雅和托马辛确实很搭啊！什么时候再合作一下啊啊啊
2D 3D乱炖印象最深刻的应该是6 7岁时候看到的一部兔八哥的电影。 很多梗。 迪士尼拍了一部电影来告诉大家不要盗版。
结尾好泄气。女性怎么会想要杀害站在自己这边与自己共情的女性呢？
如果后半段女主能少跑点或许就给4星了、运镜还是很优秀，但不知道主题是啥
3.5 有些镜头拍的不错 大概就这样了吧 故事没啥特别的 最后的反转搞得女主的能力原来是看错了 所以为什么会看错？谁知道？…………
迪士尼的ip宇宙，除了感慨一下版权众多就没别的体验了。
两位女主角都好美。埃德加赖特选的每一首歌我都喜欢。霓虹美学加上心理惊悚。故事上稍微弱了一点。大城市的诱惑你把持不住。7/10
@MCL 海怡戲院 我惊呆了，这年头还有土成这个样子的纯鬼片。故事情节老套又好猜，表达形式过时且冗余。要不是服化道、布景和演员演技还过得去，（引进内地的话）这电影在内地的票房就要和国产鬼片的票房pk了。
