3.5。人设背后。女性的权利仍然不停的讨论。影片的镜头后期有点随意了
法国社会对于女权主义和强奸社会性事件在法律层面的展示，法庭的长镜头充分展示了演员的素质。
沈腾的那部落意不深啊，看出来想要表达孩子不能光应试教育成为学习的机器，但是结局又有些俗套。
「乘风」就像是吴京版的「亮剑」同人，「诗」是「我造火箭的父亲母亲」，精明的徐峥用「鸭先知」“致敬”了一把韦斯·安德森，沈腾再一次证明了在开心麻花眼中电影和小品差别不大。
吴京的单元背景故事很悲壮，限于体量拍得比较呆板；章子怡的部分太像唯美的宣传片了；徐峥的画面构图韦斯安德森怎么看；沈腾的单元倒是挺适合孩子看，开心麻花那种搞笑加温情的比较“轻”的类型。
春节假期打开电视 刚好电影频道在放映这部 直接从《鸭先知》开始看 这一part还是蛮有意思 其它的…… emmm

三星半。比《我和我的家乡》好很多，离《我和我的祖国》还有距离。章子怡部分比想象中好，刻画了个非常立体的女性形象，什么踏马大女主，不用宫斗不用家族，努力工作热爱生活坚持奋斗的女性，多么伟大和可爱！

非常不错的法国影片，一改法国电影“浪漫”的印象。通过一起扑朔迷离的强奸案件，涉及阶层、文化，性别等多方纠葛对立，显得案情异常复杂；片子没有从上帝视觉展现事件的全部真相，而是像真正庭审一样，着重从男女主角视觉展现各方人物的观点，观众在电影结束前也不敢肯定自己掌握了事件的真相。庭审结束时三个律师的结案陈词精彩异常，特别是那位年轻女律师的发言真是震耳发聩，堪称女权宣言，而那位主张男主缓刑的律师似乎表达了主创人员的观点，起到平衡的作用。

2022.2.25（3.5⭐） 乘风感觉有些空，诗的情感很浓，鸭先知会笑，最后沈腾我只记得他的胳膊腿拼在了一起。
吴京的单元，太常规了。吴磊的人设也好，但是演技只撑出来一个常规人设，不能说出彩。虽然故事很惨，但是看完也就那样。
沉默是金，沉默不代表默认。你读什么书，你做什么事，都会留下证据。一个人被曝光在众庭下的感受，可一个人不会无端被曝的。坚决抵制婚前性行为，可婚姻也不能诠释一切。灰色地带，如今脑内一片苍茫……
最好的是徐峥，无论是演技，故事架构，还是喜剧效果，扣题，都非常精准。
一件事情，二个方面，不同视角下对同一事件的诠释
一部对话片，但是很精彩，尤其是被告律师，牛逼。
