The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 现在的香港电影能讲明白一个故事就已经很好了，而且看来看去，还是20年前这些的这些演员才有看点。故事的最后争议战胜邪恶，不过也还是要靠金钱，也还是要靠一些under table的手段，正义才能战胜邪恶。很残酷，但是很现实。
"人死了是没有什么东西可以带走的，这里什么都不重要"，因为是廖启智的遗作之一，当他在片中喊出这句话时，总有某种不一样的意义在里面
方中信扮演的雷有辉律师，人性上面的转变缺乏实际的说服力；而爱民党两父子的倒台，从某些方面来说，更像是“金钱”的胜利而非正义的胜利，所以，这也是编剧的失败。

最后一段律师发言好评。
这剧情开头铺得这么满，后面这么简单。。。这也太。。。没劲了吧~！
设定挺有迫感的案件，但却演绎的没有一丝压力，这种正义来得蛮轻松自在的感觉很不爽啊
2021年了，我看到一部20年代的TVB。
壓縮版電視劇，人物立場轉變的莫名其妙。我還沒看過香港的律政劇，感覺和法律健全國的劇還是有差距。就這什麼也沒講還被壓了四年
剧情虽然老套，但是有板有眼，逻辑清晰合理，方中信演律师老资格了！还是那个味道！水准之上的作品。
人设的体现还是弱了点
集聚了香港一众大咖的纯港片，居然没有进行全国的院线上映，而是仅以网电的形式发布。老生常谈港片落幕了，的确是如此，无法推陈出新，失去了广大的群众基础，唯有情怀仅做卖点，港片正在缓缓落下闭幕幕布。

最后一段方中信说鸡汤太尬了。
香港电影现在都这么敷衍么。。。剧情神跳跃。。
港剧的质感，拍的不错，但是故事很套路没有创新
方中信最后一段演讲升华了整个主题，很鸡汤，也很热血！！！
五星给所有这些HK演员的演技，以及那些几十年前我就在tvb剧看到的配角们，时光流转，情怀依在。
影片二星，加一星鼓励。港片的辉煌，就如同廖启智的生命一样，一去不复返了。
怀念智叔，多给一星吧，话说这电影编得真不靠谱……
