跟同类型的《赌博默示录》、《狂赌之渊》相差很多，算是加了点动作戏，唯一能说的就是B'z来配唱主题曲。

剧本像是编剧着急着赶紧拿钱走人（但也并没有折损太多幽默感），中田秀夫倒是良心大放送搞了个类型片买一得三。
表层故事太拉胯 全靠摄影和剪辑吊着一口气 内里根本没空挖全靠脑补
老梗新用，可能因为故事太多了每个都有点赶，精细度不够，鬼也是印象里的老装扮，没啥新意
