The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 感觉这是一个基督教片。男主人性的光辉简直了。说实话，前半部分非常很一般，男主爱上女主很莫名（当然，说是一见钟情就没办法了），女主也看不出有什么特别的魅力（除了容貌之外），但后半部分女主对自我的抛弃和救赎，对自我价值的重新认知和肯定，就演得比较到位了（女主演技不错，男主演技真的…就高高在上的自我感动感，完全看不出理解女主的内心那种感觉）。
女主，前半生在地狱，后半生在天堂，被结局感动落泪，所以四星给结局。
爱情是奢侈品，每个人都想追求它，纯真的、美好的，妓女也不例外！她逃他追，她插翅难飞；爱到最后才发现爱是放手成全，是放虎归山
最后：爱是存在的，存在周围，因为，我们专注在那些死而带不走的东西而无法感知到。

感觉男主爱的很莫名其妙，神的旨意？女主的成长还比较有逻辑一点，看完我都觉得这部电影就是在传教。。。虽然原著就是宣传基督教义的

这时代已经荒诞到分不清真实与虚构画面了。合格的跨年夜娱乐节目。

如果是作为福音电影，那么“救赎”的重点并不十分突出；作为爱情电影，前面拖沓结局仓促。插曲好听。
1. 摄影运镜、剪辑水平极高；2. 这部片子让我们成为更好的人
很符合片名redeeming love，一场救赎，传统的剧情，绝对的浪漫。题外话女主身材好好。

如果能够看懂这部电影隐藏的寓意真的是会被深深打动的片子，虽然大部分人因为看不懂而诟病，但我必须给这部电影打五星，想打六星，难道只有我真的看懂了吗？有点难过🫠哈哈哈
还是去年的有意思一点，今年的这部没怎么笑过。
