The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 全都不是什么好人，像女主这种管不住自己下半身的母狗最该死。
故事非常完整，好于以往任何类似情节的片子。女主演技一流。

女性版的《飞越疯人院》。有超现实元素，却绝不滥用。戏剧性稍弱，但内核温暖而细腻。Mélanie Laurent确实是老了，甚至连Lou de Laâge也看得到岁月的痕迹了。但那种内在的知性力量，才是她们真正的光芒所在啊～
