The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 兴奋激动完之后开始感慨，这种类型的港片相信是看一部少一部了（锋哥也请多点走出厨房拍戏求求了！
完美的情怀之作，在第一季的叙事中用另外的视角讲述了前几集的事情，但是不知道是不是记忆不对感觉发展和我印象不一样，不过也是非常好的作品！看见桐姥爷和亚丝娜的那种感觉终于回来了
精良的作画，绚烂的特效，让人回味的背景音乐🎶，以及大篇幅华丽的打斗场面，还有细腻的人物感情，我想说很好看。
应该可以说“香港电影回来了”，全片两个小时，快节奏地融入大量枪战、爆炸和打斗场面，几乎没有浪费时间，文戏部分也完成了较好的衔接，剪辑也有可圈可点之处。仍旧是港片经典的双雄片配置，由甄子丹把控的动作场面达到了标准，无论是毒窝的群战，还是最后的单挑对决。而时隔多年再见谢霆锋演反派，不得不感慨，港圈第一邪魅狂狷BKing从未旁落，在他痴迷于做饭的这些年里，整个华语影坛实在太缺少大帅哥了，他每一个侧脸线条都在散发帅气，但谢霆锋的帅而不腻，在于他癫狂之外还有那么一丝注定悲剧而绝望的脆弱感，阿敖亦是如此。陈木胜最终还是留下了一部值得记住的香港电影。
四星给情怀。
谢：我帅吗？用智商换的。以及，是哪个小天才发明了4d警匪动作电影啊，感觉被谢霆锋甄子丹联手揍了2小时，晃得我腰酸背痛。

谢霆锋啊，咋夸你才够啊！啥发型都hold住，角色亦正亦邪都很到位，法庭黑化时微表情不愧是影帝，变态成小丑就很想让人叫声哥，片尾曲就还是二十年前的摇滚青年，肢体又帅又能打看得真过瘾，就很不合理，粉丝骄傲啊！
故事剧情一般哈，基本上该有的元素都有了，枪战、炸弹、珍爱妻女、跑酷、追逐、战友情……………视觉上血肉横飞，干净利落。就是看着有点全身疼。感觉阿敖全员精神有问题。全员恶人，没什么好搞追忆（也没解释清楚为何全体变态，可能不想洗白）的。没有什么一个好人的堕落，有的只是恶被孵化的结果。暴力审犯人的时候用的也都是黑社会的残忍招数啊……相比邦主这一个绝对完美的幻想英雄角色，两边都让人喜欢不起来哈。动作戏很不错，不是简单的你来我挡脱离物理漫天飞舞。谢霆锋好变态，好帅，but死了也活该！邦主和阿敖相拥破窗教堂，慢动作玻璃飞溅还蛮浪漫。
甄子丹私心太重，明明前面全是枪战，到了最后一场戏非要小谢跟他肉搏，结果小谢还是比他帅，哼，气不气？往前数二十年谁还不是小谢梦女了？
港片新突破，动作追车目不暇接，最后看到导演的画面真的很难不泪目。谢霆锋的角色太出彩了，以及真的真的帅到就tm离谱。

对刀剑神域一直保持着最初的感情，个人对完全沉浸式游戏这类题材的影视剧都很感兴趣，比如斯皮尔伯格的头号玩家，在我眼中就是神作！动漫的刀剑神域亦是！从剧情上看，这部剧场版，完全可以新手入坑，因为它不同于动漫，可以看作是动漫的另起炉灶，只不过世界观相同而已！所以有很高的可看性，但是对于老粉来说，感觉就有点伤心，但是随着CP的推进，还是比较满意！不过100层的冲关设定，就有点费作者的脑子了，如果一层一剧场，那我只能说有生之年都看不到结局了，很伤心！期待继续更新，不要太监！
港產警匪片會否止於這一部？少了溫情時刻全程火爆，甄子丹的MMA綜合格鬥技，配合雙谷硬朗簡潔的動作設計，李忠志飛車場面是久違了能保持香港地理景觀的寫實性。陳木勝到最後執迷於亦正亦邪善惡難分的生存環境衝突，說是雙雄片正邪對決，更是雙生兒一樣的一體兩面，謝霆鋒飾演的前警察被同伙出賣、背叛成匪，與甄子丹戲中堅持個人信念不同流合污被警隊內排斥，事實是殊途同歸。乃至前者的個人復仇，動搖了一直可信賴的制度，兩人面對的困境，被迫做出選擇也只是合乎個人良心。在香港警匪片越見變質，執法部門在影視印象上漸漸公安化後，陳木勝以場景回應舊時代警匪片，他擁抱又懷疑公義的態度，顯得可貴，我們也處身在兩位男主角所象徵的警察，不再復存的時代。如果能再拍下去，會否拍出他個人版本的《The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance》？
真的好久没看啊……TV版后期我都没看了，第一季真的是我最爱！虽然只是换个视角去描述，但丰富了亚丝娜的人设，剧情其实都猜到了，主要我真的是为了SAO去看，不过在电影院看又有点爽。最后好像和TV版有一点点出入吧（也不太记得了），整体我其实还是挺喜欢的，主要是情怀，我宁愿看这种旧剧情展开说……然后我打算重温SAO了！
人设演绎上，谢霆锋前期沉稳儒帅，后期人狠话少、冷酷落拓、阴鸷邪肆，大肆倾洒银幕魅力，加上格斗肉搏干脆利落，械斗双短刀凶残华丽，尽显暴力美学。这个带感暴徒将为华语警匪片反派图谱留下浓墨重彩的一笔。
