The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. Alex Garland’s movie style really amazes me, he filmed the british countryside so beautifully. Wanna visa the forest of dean to see the tunnel now. Rory Kinnear got range, he can act every fucking thing, even a new born baby. Jessi Buckley is like made for these kind of movies. we lived under the patriarchy for so long. That birth scene.

他们以不同面目出现，行使着同样的伤害，跟踪恐吓指责咒骂……当你手握斧头绝不屈服地面对时，他（们）却委屈巴巴地说，我只是想要你的爱。
被影片的真实和残酷震撼到了，暗喻做得非常好，是一部女权觉醒的表主权影片，很不错
视觉美学是挺厉害的，厌男倒也是刻画到了极致，但挺流于形式和表面的。
这应该是我近几年看过最cult的片子了吧。她老公出场的第一幕我就知道了，无法控制自己情绪的控制狂，哈哈无能狂怒的男人。本来超级喜欢绿色，全片的绿让我看到这种水绿觉得有些压抑和惊悚。
这绿森森神经兮兮的风格不会是a24出品吧……寓意重于一切，结尾过于奇观，我真的没有见过世面……

单纯觉得电影不咋地，反正不合我胃口，不是因为女权不女权的问题。电影里隐喻的概念太多，场景也就那样吧，女主没有什么主动性是最让我厌烦的，就最开头来说，家暴控制狂老公自杀了不是应该高兴吗？看到这里我有三分欣慰，终于有男人以自杀作为对爱人的惩罚了。
