The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 犀利的文本无法掩盖镜头语言的贫乏，导致说教变得刻意而令人难受
好久没有看到剧本这么好的纪实电影了，简直为之一振！尽管我政治倾向保守并且像Cartman一样反感嬉皮士运动，但丝毫不影响我被这部片子打动。当鸡蛋义无反顾地撞上高墙，当"blood flow all over the city"，愿你的自由高呼，全世界都听得见。
他从来知道这是一场政治审判
片尾曲缓缓唱道“let us make a world in which I believe”, sounds attempting but how selfish, and unfortunately this has always been the American ideology.
可以拿最佳剧本奖了，文戏武拍很精彩……七个人因思想受到审判，法官输了，被告也不算赢。
此时此刻此地，倒是无需去谈论人作为人 自由说话的权利，不妨更多去考虑，人作为人 去包容不同观点的能力。全世界都在看着呢。

好好改改剧本说不定能拿奥斯卡，剧情不怎么样，但是还是值得五星。
就是那种典型的无感但是又不得不四星的电影。看的过程中，一直在惦记还没有看完的那几个姐弟恋的剧。是很索金啦！表白萨莎拜伦科恩！最后the whole world is watching~！
群像刻画，法庭交锋，雄浑稳健，精彩纷呈。不愧是律师之子，艾伦·索金重拾最擅长的法庭题材，比92版《好人寥寥》的冲击更甚，而且这回自编自导，不假他人之手，还原半个世纪前的时代风云对于今日美利坚犹有深意。且看颁奖季能否获青睐，得之老骥伏枥，不得也不会影响本片跻身其最佳作品行列。
庭审过程中嬉皮士的机智比起精英学生毫不逊色 甚至像吃了可爱多
是个精彩的好故事，仅此而已。压迫式的直白观点输出真的爱不起来。
最近无意中连看了几场法庭辩论类的电影，只有这一部看的人热血沸腾，而且是在其余故事线极为淡薄的情况下，把法庭戏份拍得如此精彩。末尾让我想起了《辩护人》的感觉，但是是不同的处理，这里的诠释正如最后一句台词：全世界都在看着！是一种强烈的共鸣感。
低2分是因为别人的国家即便是思想政治犯还可以辩护的权力，另外一分虽然有辩护的权力，但却是一场有预谋有立场鲜明的法官的政治案件，虽然戏演成分比较重，但是不可否认的是可以纪录下来甚至由历史来审判这场审判，这才是现在人该记住的，不是你也不是我来审判，而是由后人来审判
四星半，种族、女权、反战一锅端，很有奥斯卡相，如果不是结尾的“好莱坞式”结局，可以给五星。萨沙拜伦科恩不搞笑起来也挺有魅力的。
