The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 看的第一部音乐剧
最精彩的无疑是女机长的自白之歌。还是挺感动的，但作为一部音乐剧，说话太多歌曲太少，然后每个演员都担任好几个角色稍微有些混乱。还可以吧，但没什么惊艳之处。
对美国人而言，911当然是一场悲剧。而对美国以外的人而言，911的意义则要复杂得多。它可以是分流与冲突的开端，也可以是对团结的提醒和呼唤——具体相信哪个，我们可以自己选。
足够美式的审美和价值观，不足之处是有些地方实在煽情过度，但不得不承认起码在当下我很喜欢——今日朝鲜新增1.8万发热病例，特此标记——因为无数次深入绝境，才积蓄了更多的爱意和希望
这才是音乐剧，有好故事有好音乐有好表演，开大巴的那段动作非常逼真。
太感动了。就靠几把椅子让观众面前出现了那么多不同的画面。

节奏很好，角色塑造得也很好，设定很巧，能这么有趣确实意料之外，没打五星是因为旋律没戳中我，个人喜好。。。

确实太适合后疫情看了，尤其2020年初的时候。然而疫情这场灾难已经转向了无人知晓的地方，以后谁会来写2022这部音乐剧呢
911之后真正反思外交政策的有作品吗？只有这些逃避大问题，满足点温情的东西吗？
大事件下的小人物的角度，很不错的musical
舞台利用最大化，每一位演员都身兼多名角色，性格反差明显，特别优秀。
暖心的故事，很感动。剧情精彩，音乐顺耳，表演精湛。看完这电影（音乐剧），谁能不想去newfoundland呢
好看！音乐好听就不说了，一人分饰多角无缝转换身份就绝了！而且丝毫不会混乱。人性是——解除恐惧之后，本质全然美好。
911事件发生时。几十架飞机迫降纽芬兰岛。
bravo！这才是音乐剧！一个沉重的故事能够用诙谐幽默的曲调讲述最后又归为向上的生活，实在是演绎得太精彩！舞美？几乎零成本！导演编排得太妙！在有限的空间去呈现一座小镇在重大灾难下五天里无私的奉献！在灾难面前的团结总是那么令人动容！为什么我们的音乐剧无法去诙谐的缓解伤痛被？为什么伤痛总被刻意加深拷上镣铐无法再提及呢，这就是格局吧，好遗憾。歌也都好好听，泪目了都，喜欢！！
