类型结合的并不成功，反而浪费了太多的精力在不精彩的牌桌上。多数情节靠人物对话来推进，不是一个好的电影范本。能进威尼斯也许是因为他题材的特殊性吧…看不进去

如果想看赌片的，就失望了，这是一个创伤后遗症的故事，只是刚好男主懂得算牌而已。导演名气很大，但也很久没有佳作了，其镜头，配乐，气氛还是那部taxi driver，几十年过去了，江郎不但才尽，还退步了，剩下的只有老观众印象中模糊的感觉。
