个人认为结尾将个人苦难转移到政府层面的失职实在是个败笔。
很多人能看到医护人员的辛勤，很多人歌颂患者团结一致勇斗病魔，但是很少人能够把缺口放小，小到私立医护机构护理员这个微不足道的个体，小到一个中年患上阿兹海默的养老院住客。
