The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 从剧情的角度来说其实说了一个很有想象力但是不太复杂的故事，但是故事背景真实而温馨，复原了一个活灵活现的幸福而又充满期待的年代。很巧合的是，主角的童年跟我家人的童年有很多相似的地方。虽然生活条件艰苦很多，但是这种充满希望建设美好家园的大环境是共通的。六十年代，真是个神奇的年代啊

蛮好的片子，让人代入到上世纪60年代美国那个迷茫的年代，也看到了我们国家经历的影子……
现在看，真的太震撼了，战争其实离我们很近，我们应该感谢伟大的祖国，让我们能生活在和平年代！

这种rotoscope的动画技术真实但又很诡异。结尾妈妈那句“how memory works”不要说就好了。总体就是一篇文章可以搞定的事情拍了一部电影。
内容不一定全假，也不一定全真。
