The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 除了反反复复的身体恐怖之外，只剩下故弄玄虚的卖弄和敷衍，不说柯南伯格自己巅峰时期的作品，就是对比去年的金棕榈《钛》，也远谈不上碾压，甚至在创新程度上更有不如。
这玩意太不好结合了。不过思路到是新颖。新长出来的器官，不整个名副其实的夫妻肺片么
4k hdr，感觉这色调对设备要求比较高。除了斯图尔特比较尬以外都还行
视觉风格依然是典型的柯南伯格，尤其很多场景、道具直接呼应《感官游戏》，body horror再次展现令人欲罢不能的怪诞美学，相比表象，主题更为激进大胆，柯南伯格都马上要八十的人了，仍然对现实世界，对社会制度，对艺术探索保持清醒的警戒，依旧是当代电影的首席开拓者。痛感带来快感，痛感催生改变，痛感推动人类进化，痛感造就全新世界。
和思颖在电影院看了，无奈语言水平有限，没太明白。
提出对进化的质疑，“某种程度上人类也在退化”。这观点挺有意思。
片中的几个装置可以找一个当代艺术中心直接搬进去了。总感觉今天会在梦里再见到Léa和Viggo躺在the Sark里，招我进入身体之中……
看完觉得还是old sex有意思，手术看着好疼，这些新式高潮就留给你们新新人类去享受吧，拜。
跟《钛》一样的大受震撼系列。Creepy.
当柯南伯格不再是那个道具horror B级片的感觉时，就没内味儿了
人均喉癌气泡音搞得我大约30%没听明白… surgery is the new art & sex的概念出乎意料地好体会，以至于我觉得中间小k的old sex行为是最creepy的。选角我都好爱，完美符合未来的激情的冷漠的前卫的美丽的人们。Howard Shore配乐好棒。

电影放映中大批观众偷偷离场，大批观众悄悄睡着，是不逊于电影本身的奇观。
身体即现实，现实即电影。
