The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     我还挺喜欢这怪物的设计，不过它好弱啊，不敢吃作恶的人，只敢吃普通的人，居然还能被女主弑母的狠劲吓回箱子里。所以这部片表现的其实就是一个“弱肉强食，适者生存”的主题吧？怪物会让自己不敢吃的恶人来为自己服务，房东的父亲不知道是因为什么恶行被箱子怪选中的，房东的哥哥是因为弑父被选中，女主则是弑母。但它又能给予他们什么回报呢？治愈身体的伤和疾病吗？房东的哥哥的确是有难以治愈的病，房东也说过他没有钱给哥哥看病，这个好处对他们兄弟确实有吸引力。可是女主需要的是钱啊，是在漂亮国过上优渥的生活啊，她又不是偷渡来美国看病的，这种水平的交换条件能吸引得了她替怪物抓猎物吗？
