The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 由于害怕被下降头所以刷了太多手机导致没有看太懂
除了背景上比较贴合，导演把观众拉进影片中这点这么说呢，有点膈应。还有伪记录，年龄越来越大，晃得我越来越不适。
我真的入戏了。看完心里无比发毛，然后边害怕边好奇的去搜索有关电影的一切，又恐怖又神秘又有魅力。真实的代入感不仅仅是伪记录的拍摄手法这种小伎俩带来的，主要是因为影片对于这个宗教和佛母的设定细节太丰富，场景布置氛围营造又很到位，味太冲了。另外，评论里气急败坏打一星的观众越多，反倒越证明这部片的成功：你们当真了。
个人感觉还没有灵媒好看。太刻意，有不少除片中摄像机之外的镜头视角不严谨，剪辑稀烂
話雖如此，片子開頭的氣氛營造的很好，視覺詭計、穿插的符號與暗示也滿有趣的。
知道了不能怎样做以后，才凸显了导演最大的恶意。你能不去想一头粉色的大象么？-Дуг-
是把“邪教”这个经典恐怖主题，
这片在能看之前很久就已经噱头十足，可惜，看了之后比较失望；中途多次睡着，醒了又倒回重放。。。
由于被剧透+全程吃薯片，就没觉得很吓人，那个女主一要念咒我就闭眼开炫，啥都听不见。
伪民俗片，而且伪记录的形式真的用的很牵强，哪个妈会在女儿都快死的情况下还拿个DV怼着拍的，整体还不如红衣小女孩系列。
抛开恐怖（恶心）的部分不说，内核尽然还挺温情的…
如果在影院看想必会被吓到骂娘，埋伏观众这一手也很恶趣味。但有几个段落没解决相机存在的合理性，属于伪纪录片通病了。主角的行为逻辑也过于作大死，应该设置得更聪明一点。
没有密恐人士出来谴责导演吗？？？其实看寄样阿爹往桌子上砸脑袋的时候，我特别怕会有jump scare，结果居然没有！！！这个片子最大的缺点应该就是非纪录片视角太多了吧！！！
氛围塑造和故事铺垫都足够沉稳，部分拟沉浸式的体验也比较新奇，《咒》的某些桥段还是足够令人毛骨悚然。

无脑血浆片，虽然让人恶心可比让人害怕要简单
字幕编排进视觉幻术，凸显咒的效果，很有想象力，和《瞬息全宇宙》类似，调料非常用心，可惜这部主菜乏力，缺乏冲击。
