The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 用非常有意思的情节串起婚姻生活的种种反差，夫妻间勾心斗角的那些事，暴力场面和剧情反转一个接一个，血浆也撒的适可而止，虽然有点略长，不过依旧胜在节奏，称得上年度B片。
结尾还挺有意思的。前面就cult来说，略清淡，尤其那个口音总有种温吞吞的感觉。
