A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.
Flodders (1986) is available on DVD in Germany in a dubbed German version in Dolby Digital 5.1. under the name:

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.
《杰伊·比姆》让我想到了美国的《刺杀肯尼迪》和韩国的《辩护人》。这三部电影都和法律相关，感染力极强，影响力极大。我多么希望我们也能拍出、并且能上映这样的电影。
一开始想因为律师的角色形象太过片面想打四星的，但后来想了一下这个片子是以时代来反映人物，而不是以人物反映时代，那么这个律师角色其实就是无数个追求和坚守正义的勇士的集合体，这么一想好像也自洽了。而且我还是希望能多一些这样聚焦底层人民的电影，所以多添加了一些个人情感，就把这部电影作为我2022年的第一个五星吧

黑白影像和古典主义风格相结合。一定有一种信仰，是会绵延传承下去的，它们如海浪滚滚无绝期。
有点可惜，有的地方还是有开挂神片的影子，男主的塑造不是很饱满，同类型的《辩护人》更优秀一些。希望印度人民早日领悟一句话：打土豪，分田地
一星全给摄影镜头，构图奇美，最美的部分充满汉学文人特有的诗意和疏狂（虽然棒子诗写得实在颇一般）。但它又不是儒家，而是趋向人人平等的西学，以耶教的形式。还是在讲人当以何种方式存活于世，以所学，还是以自己的本性。但或许讲得太浅简，毕竟在现代“人人平等”是个听到逆反的常识，即使事实不一定如此，讲得平直难有震动。何况它还常常逗人发出愉快的笑声。

同时，对性理学进行了重新理解，将 “大学之道,在明明德,在亲民,在止于至善”理解为弃旧图新，为西学展开了怀抱。
读圣贤书 修习科学理学 探索知识的过程也是探索人在世界的生存哲学 因此被流放的文人能在逼仄之处开辟新的内心世界 出身微薄的渔民也可以官升进士 前半段轻快又自然 师徒逐渐共生的一份文人情丝非常动人 到了最后一段 社会结构的迂腐必然给两人带来了不同的信仰危机和对立 就是剧情结束的过于潦草 看着韩国人这样用心的拍儒家思想 借着历史的嘴去讨论 举重若轻 还挺感动的
根据真实故事改编。地狱空荡荡，恶魔在人间——赤裸裸展现了印度种姓制度的劣根、强权体制的阶级压迫。不作任何渲染的镜头下，是纯粹而可怕的野蛮暴力，是单纯善良的劳动人民手无缚鸡之力的悲哀。
看到这种题材真的很感慨，中国现在电影一边大型商业剧作，一边小众私人文艺，零零碎碎的传记片也是近百年的人物，对于古代那些人物也只是大概从课本中知道，这种经过创作编写的人物传记片子少之又少，更何况走人大众视野。中国的文化和故事都被浪费和遗忘光了。
所以，这是一场为底层百姓发声、为人权而战的伟大斗争！
反思丑恶当然需要反思，赞颂伸张正义当然需要赞颂。不公一直存在，以后也不可能一劳永逸地被消灭，但是哪怕多一个坚持良心正义的律师、JC、法官或平民，这个世界就会好上哪怕千百万分之一，也可能，就是某个家庭的百分之百，甚至是百分之千千万。
3.5。本质社会意义大于电影本身吧，虽无过多视听技巧加持且人物塑造扁平了些，不过情绪感染力挺强。以印度史上真实司法案件为蓝本，探究了印度社会根深蒂固的种姓歧视、司法/执法系统公正性、底层平民的人身自由权及财产权，片名《杰伊•比姆》主要是为了颂扬这位努力为贫民阶层争取权益的原型律师。出生定终生，阶层不可逆，身为印度底层女性才真的是惨上加惨吧。
现实意义大于电影本身，大段的卖惨和虐待太不节制，虽说是基于事件本身改编但人物形象太单一，不过有勇气抵抗制度本身就是好的。
读圣贤书,所学何事?而今而后,庶几无愧。文人两条路，此片意思是只有一条行得通。
士大夫在黑暗的现实中，发出了：“学问无错，错的是用他的人”的呼声，并用宗教思维重新设想了未来，对无王的世界进行了畅想（可以理解为对人权的理解吧）。
中国有苏轼，李白杜甫白居易，陆游李贺辛弃疾等等名家，他们的一生或得意风发或失意落魄，但是从他们心里写出的那些诗句如此隽永，他们的生平也应该是值得一拍的吧。可惜的是这样的故事让韩国拍出来了。这部电影里的人文关怀，对于儒家治世的思辨，西学己用的开放，都表达的很棒。虽然某些地方有些夸张和刻意，但不否认最后的感情非常真挚。还有什么比博物学更好的学科呢！
