The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 武戏不行，文戏也不行，想传达的正面信息也好弱，一般般啦！
感觉是爆炸贝的玩票作吧，或者说是交活的，就整体都很迈克尔贝，还是那套东西，追逐，爆破，枪战，警匪，枪械，据说成本才4000万，能完成到这样对于刚认识的朋友来说足够了，意外事件，紧张刺激，公路追逐，无人机镜头飞的那叫一个帅气，可这种电影不能动脑子，稍微停下一想都觉得哪哪不太对劲，不过也没关系，看个热闹嘛

看了半小时都没进入状态，这爆米花电影就是不及格
一个月没出门两个月没进电影院了，五一找个现在外面正在上映的电影看就当过节了唉。豆瓣这分数有点离谱，现在引进的美国电影本来就越来越少，再往低里打分以后真的只能看国产片了_(:з」∠)_就是非常标准的好莱坞式爆米花片，开头的铺垫（有丢丢穿越去迫在眉梢）有点长导致整部片子的时长就被拉长了，而且镜头太晃看得好晕，上了救护车之后舒服很多而且看得很爽，黑白双煞+美女把警察耍的团团转hhh当然救护车上做手术这段确实太扯orz最后的结局还是蛮满意的，一扫之前压抑的气氛，满满正能量，多么感人的社会主义兄弟情（不是）。Jake男神真的太帅了！PS最后片名Ambulance里套LA让我明白了故事为什么要发生在LA（不是）。
我甚至不确定这部片子是美化黑人形象还是进一步激化种族矛盾的，看到结尾黑哥哥给吉伦哈尔那一枪气得背过气去。
算是爆炸贝正常发挥，估计片子成本也不怎么高，大场面动作戏不是很多，借一辆救护车完成了枪战追车等多个动作戏，几场追车戏的设计和熟悉的爆炸场景依然有爽到，立交桥打直升机那段也很赞，大量不同视角的镜头也丰富了逃亡途中的紧张感，不过文戏写的实在是太蠢了，开场抢劫直接就起内讧大拉胯属实是没想到，大量台词都是喋喋不休的嘴炮（顺势que自己的作品），吉伦哈尔的怒吼只让我感觉这不是悍匪，真的是神经病，怎么抢37次银行的，最后还被自己救下的兄弟补了一枪，属实是蠢到家了。（5.5/10）
几个小彩蛋挺有意思，不断的提及自己的经典作品是怕大家不认识他，还是怕大家忘了他啊
有这样的弟弟真是到了八辈子血霉，当了婊子又立牌坊，既想捞钱救儿子的命，又想不杀人还坑死了弟弟，最扯淡的是最后反倒成了救人的英雄了，我佩服。。。
感觉比期待的好，主要是镜头水准在线的，另外BGM选的很nice～
卖拷贝多年浸淫于商业大片的功底还是很厚实的，全程剧情紧凑、追车大场面给够，镜头上天入地漂亮至极，但难免镜头太花搞得人头晕眼花。其实仔细想想这个乌龙劫匪的故文事还是有不少槽点的，结局也似乎有点强行上价值观的别扭劲，人物众多但真正谈得上塑造的也就两劫匪加女救护员，不过紧张的节奏掩盖了这些问题。不过疫情期间难得在影院看到部解闷的大片，给个3.5星吧。
没有评分反映的那么差，除了开场简单交代人物关系，全片几乎一刻不停地战斗，镜头各种闪转腾挪上天入地，时刻保持住爽片的名号，在近期靠进口片撑场的院线里已是上乘。
强烈建议本片无需看IMAX，因为会放大视觉的眩晕感和疲劳，简单看个2D，或者小屏幕观影体验最佳。迈克尔·贝显然不满足于翻拍丹麦电影，个人对影片的痕迹加成，在于他大量手持摄影，和眩晕式剪辑上。他这种略显超前的视听语言，跟娄烨的片子不一样， 他使用了大量观众的主观视角，但并没有带入任何一角色，而是“摄像机本身即是一种视角”，简称摄影机视角。在本片中，我看到了导演对于好莱坞电影语言的颠覆，与此同时，也引发某种生理不适。除了技巧，故事内容本文的不合理和匪夷所思也令人脚扣地板。双兄弟的光环加持，反派人物的仁者无敌，最终败给的不是美国警察和FBI，而是一位普通的急救车护士。更不用说，这位女性形象的主角光环有多强烈，徒手无经验旋转车内做手术等等。但就性别议题，似乎是为了给这个男频向故事，拉拢一些女性受众。
动作戏还是不错的，可惜剧本太差了，只能看个热闹，3200w美元的买卖，不用踩点不用彩排带着自动武器说走就走，就算只是当个司机你也得了解一下周围的交通状况，以及备用撤退计划吧，跟闹着玩一样。两兄弟的矛盾冲突缺乏逻辑，女主圣母光环拉满，警方处置莽撞能力极差，作为高潮的多车分散逃脱速激也早就用过了。勉强给个及格分吧

很爽，很晃，很晕，很咣咣咣。大摇臂和直升机航拍明显已经满足不了爆炸贝了，这次直接上无人机了是吧。

亡命救护车2022.5.15 看电影之前美国超市枪击案已死10人。两个多小时，故事难圆其说。有些台词不赖。笑着说，我一天天的越来越对这个世界失去信心了。 不管遇到什么情况，保持专注。 富人不喜欢有人嫉妒他们，因为这会让他们感到内疚。 战略，是需要智慧和力量的结合。
