The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 虽然很…但是吧…那几个动画比真人有意思多了……
视听设计不错，表演和节奏不够松弛，导致削弱了表达。
比较多的延续了老版的剧情，但是老版诡魅的精髓无法复刻！气氛不够杀戮来凑，大量的血腥场面反而减弱了恐怖感，那种无处不在的被窥探被跟踪的恐惧，完全没有了。
前面还不错，后面强行政治正确真是够。。。🙄
典型的想表达的太多，结果连外壳都搞不好...全片比不上结尾的皮影戏
主线皮条客爱上画廊老板娘，俗套的剧情加上女主的演技有点拉，只能靠脱衣赚足大家的眼球。支线女二对男主和客人的感情戏还是值得推敲的
摄影方面还是不错，和都市传说的风格相得益彰；剧本层面是很失败的，连故事的完整性都做不到。
6.3 非常“聪明”略去了亚洲人和黑人念出最后一次名字，且略去了社区的概念，蜂巢幽灵也只是直观的蜂群而已，并没有将社区楼房的居民视为蜂，在这一点逊色于《廉价住房》，对于结局，导演该去看《趣味游戏》

用“蜂巢”喻指生存的集体境遇，都市传说是现实恐怖。导演在处理惊悚情节上点到为止，也是意不在此

乔丹皮尔那套，但又不够凝练和惊悚……其实老版candyman就已经在探讨社会议题了，作为几十年后的新版为何几乎没有突破？只是把同样的主题变得更晦涩了。
