The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 作为很工整的传记片来说，缺点和优点都很明显，特别是在后半段叙事零散，很多事件被压缩的情况下，Jennifer Hudson也在自己的范围内做到了最好，真的值得奖项肯定。然而影片的高潮竟然是最后AF晚年表演的影象，一下子就明白为什么她代表了一个时代。
为歌喉加一星，看预告的时候感觉可以冲奥，可能期待一下太高了……

故事简单的程度和手游有一拼，但故事线和人物关系都很清楚。拍啥电影啊，这个题材应该搞个沉浸式驻演音乐剧，肯定赚到了啊。

感觉就是典型的香港小成本电影，三天可以拍一部的那种
情结过于基础，最后的打斗也比较草率，有一种动作片却拍成了剧情片的感觉。
