The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 关于宇宙起源和沉寂，关于物种的不断轮回与反复自我消灭。死神与核战，难道是每一次文明轮回的必然归宿？
颠覆、矛盾、混乱、痛苦、不知所云、不着边际。总有人对它嗤之以鼻，同样有人将其奉为圭臬。
定格似乎非常擅长表现恐怖和赛博朋克的内容，但这部属于是形式大于内容了。
我又可以說出那句話了
虽然看不懂，但隐隐约约觉得似乎是人类文明的诞生和毁灭。文明起源进化造孽等等元素搞来搞去。较cult，较无聊。
像和某这样的一神，肯定是大规模蛮族入侵和征服的结果，一神的背后是血流成河、杀人如麻，它们先是靠杀人来普及信仰，后来信仰本身就成了杀人的理由，一神是人类精神的怪胎，是这个世界的灾星。
场景极多，有几个还相当宏大；风格也非常极致，兵人、废土、怪物、工业朋克等等。
两星敬佩制作过程，不过太冗长了，完全可以压缩一半的。

同样都是人，看完之后惊呆了，这画面太美，是人能想出来的吗？
突然词穷了！能想到词汇的只有两个！阴间！噩梦 ！没读过几年书的我只能用一句话来形容！真是小母牛敲门--牛逼到家了！
这个电影的完成性高于电影的观赏性 可以说基本没有所谓的“故事” 只留下创作者对世界认知 而我们只能从中进行反思
在走入高清的视觉之后 一切都不再显得神秘诡谲了

肮脏诡谲的国度，重口程度更甚史云梅耶，像一场想象力溢出流脓的梦。
看的时候平板正好刷到了阿诺的江苏比赛现场，突然觉得这个电影也没那么抽象了..
筹备了三十多年做出的定格动画，虽然不解其深意，但我大为震撼，频频作呕。
