The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 8.0 这部片子比《第一归正会》平易近人多了。放到今年倒是能挤进十佳了。那年第一归正会没这运气。
必须承认romantic comedy的男主一旦不那么混蛋就失去了吸引力，也显得女主更神经质了……

6/10。奥斯卡系电影，白布包裹家具、监狱鱼眼长镜头，极大得调高了我的观影期待，谁料一泻千里。除了主角其他人物都没有任何神秘之处，本应是主题的算牌也在香港夸张的赌博电影洗礼下众口难调。我好像从来没有进入过保罗施拉德的世界，《第一归正会》是，这部也是。算牌是导演与观众的较量，他藏着王牌但我已失去耐心。

模板&套路电影，机械流水线生产，完美但无感动。“讨厌一个人到极点的时候就像爱上了他一样，你的胃会很不安分，食欲和睡眠都会不正常，心跳则沉重得明显，还会反映在身体状况和衣着上。”
前面觉得还不错，后面有点儿俗套。尤其是男主辞职啥的。
