The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 搞不懂评分怎么这么低 还不错的一个片子 内容有些老套而已。
-整体不错 但是故事经不起推敲
只能这么多了，就是不太明白，方中信这么正义，前面只为了钱是在演戏给谁看？
这部案件调查电影已经非常优秀，但破案的诡计设置还是显得如此取巧，简直如坐火箭一般直奔结局，让人觉得超不真实。可见诡计设置有多困难。
剧中有句台词，大概是：“对有的人来说法律是一门生意，但对有的人来说法律是一种信仰”。毕业快20年，已经说不出法律还是不是我的信仰。
怎样定义“公正”，每个人的角度不同，答案也很可能是不同的。法律是有不完善的地方，也有徇私枉法的官员，但法律必须要发挥衡量公正的天平作用，而不是靠某个人用职业经验的“小聪明”来维护，那是对“公正”非常危险的“挑衅”。
设定挺有迫感的案件，但却演绎的没有一丝压力，这种正义来得蛮轻松自在的感觉很不爽啊

强迫症让我看完的。最好看的居然是游艇上两个老戏骨的对手戏。

最后还是要靠权贵内斗翻盘，没看出法律正义在哪？
智叔遗作，一看到主角阵容就容易想起之前tvb经典的律政剧《律政强人》。东方李察基尔方中信确实很适合演律师，睿智的眼神，正气的形象很贴合。我看的粤语版，也算原汁原味吧，看国语配音版就比较吃亏，会嫌弃。谭耀文这次不再演坏人了，而一路向西的男主咋看都是坏！整体剧情还是有点不足，结局那一番正义凛然的发言应该就是能过审的原因吧，正能量满满呢！
三星半吧，因为故事情节基本和猜测一致！没啥难度！但是不知不觉就看完了，另外方中信也挺帅的。
一开始就猜到了结局…… 都是好演员，就是太缺一分悬念让人聚精会神。
过程粗暴的不行，最后挽救了一点。

故事简单，漏洞多。多两星都给廖叔，这样的演技，唉，看不到了
看完感觉蛮复杂的心情，提到鸡蛋跟高墙的对立，结果打败高墙的是团伙的内讧，以及用伪造证据的手法。程序非正义的正义是不是正义？
