The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 有民事诉讼，有刑事诉讼，这部片拍的是政治诉讼。片长两个小时出头的庭审片，艾伦索金拍得比很多片长一个半小时塞满打斗追逐枪战conspiracy 的惊悚片都精彩。我不明白大家所说的匠气是什么，我觉得这部片拍得太精致紧凑太有戏剧张力了，现实世界很难是这样的。尽管如此，仍是我今年以来看过最好的片。我喜欢这样多元的社会，希望生活在这样的社会，尽管这样的想法已经不合时宜。
有些国人看本片可能会看high，倒不是因为所谓的理想主义，而是终于为自己身边发生的事情找到了合理性：老美不也没有民主，天下乌鸦一般黑！问题是，在政治面前，民主都是笑话，但这也是有程度之分的。反正我看着人家的混乱，再看看自己井然有序的生活，略感汗颜。

三星半，两个小时审判不知觉间过去很剑拔弩张比较喜欢前段尤其第一场审判。
7.6/10 #2020观影补标 即便酣畅淋漓，但是归根结底这种倾向性是高度危险的，即便它甚至与我的个人观点相符合，因为我们深知它在“服务”于什么，且力图“刺激”什么，所以本质上这类影片和单调重复的肾上激素性商业类型片并无二，只是在用另一种催化剂而已。
剧本真nb啊，那么多台词节奏一点没乱。给思想定罪是荒谬的，但一直都在发生
