The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 谈不上好，说不上坏，剧情想表达的太多，时间跨度很长，但服化道都没跟上！看完无惊无喜，没有思考，没有悲伤！

前半段挺好看，交叉展开，老人小孩，情绪情感悬疑都有。后半段要为“悲剧”注解，人物、主题甚至故事都圆得难看，颇为尴尬。

十多年前台湾有个得奬广告《不老骑士》。谐音梗是流行还是显得创作者很有文化？导演编剧连个名字都懒得认真想了吗？

砂糖不愧是平成俳优代表 喜剧搞笑轻松拿捏 动作打戏行云流水成漫改天花板 玛丽苏霸总的烂俗设定演成网红 现实主义题材这么考验演技的也都能驾驭 不得不说可塑性是真的强 可惜这么好演技放在这部有点浪费 剧情真不咋滴 没有拍出这种题材该有的震撼感 宽叔林遣都A太等一众演技派加持也没有加分 有点可惜

日影非常擅长且一直用的表达方式，激烈化的题材和去激烈化的表达，看多了后就觉得消解了不少事件本身的震撼力。一并温吞了下来。
