剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     在我看来对于这个时代而言完全是无意义的作品，一桩黑白的，浮夸的舞台剧影像化，没有任何对原著内核的再升华或剖析，复古的影像风格下也没有任何贴合于主题或者情节的试听创新。如果只是将一个被不断演绎且家喻户晓的故事，以一种最怀旧和最富仪式感的形式临摹下来，是没有任何先进意义的。很不幸，21年全线垮塌的不只是类型片，几乎也没有看到任何艺术电影有比较优秀的呈现，作者性导演在危机之下放弃自我表达和影像创新，比什么都令人失望。没了弟弟的科恩兄弟和没了妹妹的沃卓斯基姐妹一样，让他们近年已经愈发平庸的作品彻底沦落到谷底。
