The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 一开始是奔着mana配音来的，后来发现居然也是后311企划之一。也算巧合吧。

因为抛出了很现实的问题却没给出靠谱的结局方案，最后太理想太圆满了，但却不是大众能实现或者接受的方案，所以难免显得不深刻，评分自然也不会太高。不过看着还是挺爽的，至少是个美好的愿望吧，希望大家都不至于太多的为钱所困，有足够的安全感走完自己的一生。
大家都太苛刻了。现在是2022年吉林九台的疫情最严重的时候，这部片子带给我的小小的感动和力量都刚刚好。

后期很仓促，画风实在不适合最后大战，讲讲妖怪和日常故事的话会好看点.
画面挺好的。故事有点不给力。以温馨来映衬家庭悲剧？而且家庭悲剧不是很深刻。
用以治愈情绪波动和时而生出emo时刻
讲述的是本就不富裕的50岁夫妻家庭，在花费公公的葬礼钱，女儿的婚礼钱后，更加捉襟见肘。夫妻双双失业导致无法担负婆婆的赡养费，于是接婆婆一起生活的搞笑生活。

会有神灵庇佑吧，但悲伤的，苦痛的，失落的，终须自己勇敢面对。
画风也很清新

直接表现震灾之后的状况和幸存下来的人们的集体创伤在动画少见，全东北地区甚至全国都来支援灾区也是很有感染力的主题，克制（白描）的演出在前半段很有代入感但后半就十分都合，当然从脚本开始就没有扣题发挥导致的剧情割裂也是重要原因
