The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication.     電影的前半段很精彩，節奏也好，但是後半段人物的態度變化有點突兀，反派太過臉譜化，羅恩是為交朋友而存在的，可它最後的確成了巴尼的朋友，機器人最大的功能是陪伴，而不是為了交朋友而交朋友吧，更不是犧牲吧，所以本片最不解的其實就是羅恩為什麽一定要消失才能拯救大家，為什麽最後不把羅恩的數據先備份，然後再上傳和原始程序融合，這樣羅恩就不用消失了，所以最後的強行煽情不太喜歡，也許動畫的情感設定和真實程序總是不同的吧。
