The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 音乐剧差不多是世界上最治愈最鼓舞人心的创作了。
911事件导致的连锁反应，人与人在危难之中的互助充分反映了人性光芒，政治立场就不太好评价了，毕竟是美国主旋律舞台剧。
哭傻了，the door’s always open in Newfoundland, welcome to the rock!
就个人而言，这部音乐剧给我的感触不是很深，可能某些剧情会有所触动，里面的音乐也没能让我记忆犹深。
几年前在某站看过字幕组版本，官摄版本的力量感又上一层，我全程感慨“有音乐剧真好”。疫情时代，这样守望相助的故事就显得更加珍贵。非常喜欢。「Be anxious for nothing. 应当一无挂虑。」
911事件后一个偏远小镇接待了临时停靠的几千飞机乘客的故事。可怕的人祸和温暖的人情，疫情后看别有一番感受。最感动的是全部根据真实事件改编，片尾贴出演员和角色原型的合照，让人更相信这世界的温情。

看的我眼泪直流。在灾难、不幸和苦难面前，善意超越了肤色、国界和语言。
看完后，国内的音乐剧差的不是一点，唉～还怎么进剧场！！

看音乐剧真是双重快乐 萌生了WH疫情音乐剧的奇怪想法

足够美式的审美和价值观，不足之处是有些地方实在煽情过度，但不得不承认起码在当下我很喜欢——今日朝鲜新增1.8万发热病例，特此标记——因为无数次深入绝境，才积蓄了更多的爱意和希望
看之前甚至不知道这是一部关于911的歌舞剧，前面还在想怎么会有这么奇怪的故事设定（籍籍无名的小镇突然迎来大量飞机和数千名旅客），反应过来后十分佩服这个“在别处”的视角。
