The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 这部电影应该是这样产生的，一个或几个人在那里：现在疫情这么严重，拍点什么了？一个不错的点子或剧本，用西服店精致的外表唬住观众，接着密室，花不了几个钱，再忽悠几个不贵的演员……
虽然整场戏都是在一个狭小的空间内上演，但是一点都不闷，节奏张弛有度。

看完后查了才知道居然是北野武的传记片，一开始出场的人如此像北野武我还很奇怪呢，原来是有本人参与，难怪故事的细节上如此丰富。

看《梅艳芳》的时候哭的稀里哗啦，所以看到《浅草小子》是讲北野武出道时的故事，也备好了眼泪。完全没有想哭的感觉，只是很认真的把电影看完了难受了一会。可以挠着观众笑，煽着观众哭，但技术性手段终归有观众看多了看腻的一天，拿点能触动观众人性的东西才不会过时。没读过北野武的书，一直误认为北野武就是电影里看到的那个北野武，看完《浅草小子》才知道被北野武骗了很多年。
马克·里朗斯优雅掌控全场，全片的节奏尽在导演掌握之中，可以说是完成度200%的《不速来客》。
让男主的气定神闲显得非常悬浮
