The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 3.5分。一对亦师亦友的政坛新秀，目标一致但价值观截然相反，最后难免分道扬镳；政治家和政客这两个概念的巨大区别；韩国人真敢拍：把政治斗争的那种黑暗、你死我活都赤裸裸的展露出来了。

你说他是为了民族大义吧，好像也不是，也不是为了钱，只能理解是为了理想吧，诸葛亮是不是也是这样想的。
剧情紧凑，跌宕起伏，阳光越亮的地方他的阴影越暗。
这部入围今年百想电影部门最佳影片最佳导演最佳双男主。薛景求的表演自然不必说，但李善均虽然海报上排第二，他的表演才是亮点啊，搞不好今年会拿影帝。但这部故事本身说白了还是民族、大义主旋律，最后还打友情牌，我不是很喜欢。我是《南山的部长们》那挂的。
选了一个非常规的角度，但故事线的设置冲淡了整体剧本节奏起伏，影帝配置的演员也只能说在完成作业。手法是成熟的，片子是平淡的。不功不过吧，但是对于这样的班底来说显然是低于预期了。
