剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     果然乔丹·皮尔参与了剧本，我说这黑人受迫害主题怎么有逃出绝命镇那味儿，但整体被困在了向白人复仇的情节里，恐怖感反倒被削弱，其实有几场戏拍得还不错，运用镜子映射出男主与糖果人的身份重叠，美术馆切开幕布像是撕碎资产阶级虚伪生活，后面剧情有些乱，精简些会好看点儿。

    作为恐怖片我真的很喜欢，无论是片头的镜像还是片尾的剪影动画，光影技巧和有层次的配乐。然而所有精心雕琢的恐怖元素/惊悚氛围/美术特效都只为了一场种族斗争服务，看完只想大呼可惜。一是作为观众我无法对长久以来的黑人压迫和歧视问题共情，二是我理解导演想要表达的精神内核和她的愤怒，但片中描绘的剧情大部分现如今依然在现实世界上演，这部电影的作用也仅仅是呐喊而已。
